Sue's Cookery Classes

Sue Cooper offers hands-on cookery lessons, either one-to-one or in small groups, in your own home. Sue is based in Oxted, but covers the Crawley area.

Lessons generally last 2½ or 3 hours, and can be customised to your personal requirements. Sue offers a selection of menus, from which you may choose three dishes to prepare during your lesson.

Laminated recipes will be provided, as well as a pamphlet containing cooking tips, information about temperature and weight conversion, and advice about safety in the kitchen.
