Shopmobility

Crawley Shopmobility is a charity, affiliated to the national Shopmobility organisation, which provides manual and battery-powered wheelchairs to the elderly and physically disabled at County Mall shopping centre in Crawley.

It is not necessary to be a resident of Crawley or to be registered as disabled to benefit from the scheme. Advance booking, while not required, is advised.

Opening Hours

Crawley Shopmobility is open on Mondays to Fridays between 9.45 and 16.00.

Fees

Annual membership is £30. The vehicle hire charges are:

• £3 for half a day
• £5 for a full day

You will need to produce a form of identification.

Location and Directions

Shopmobility is located in the basement of the north car park of County Mall shopping centre. See our County Mall page for detailed travelling directions to County Mall. Once you have arrived at the north car park, follow the goods access route. At the barrier, use the intercom to tell security that you are using Shopmobility. Be advised that the basement area is constantly in use by goods vehicles.
