Adrian Pennington

Adrian Pennington is an independent performance and counselling psychologist.

He provides a number of separate but related services for individuals, couples, families, groups, institutions, agencies and firms:

• Training/CPD;
• workplace and family mediation;
• service development and project management;
• performance improvement (in e.g. sport, the workplace, and relationships).

Adrian Pennington is an ex-Olympic performance psychologist, and counselling psychologist, and has worked at national and international level in project management and development.
