Crawley town centre contains a branch of the Waterstone’s bookshop chain, in the Martlets. It sells fiction and non-fiction books, stationery, and gifts.

Waterstone’s is close to all the Crawley town centre car parks and is a short walk from Crawley railway station.
Waterstone’s in Crawley
The Waterstone’s branch in the Martlets used to be a branch of Ottakar’s.
There used to be another, slightly larger, Waterstone’s in Crawley town centre, in County Mall, but it closed in the summer of 2012. There are other branches in Horsham (8 The Carfax), Haywards Heath (74 South Road), and many other nearby towns.
